Avoids obstacle follows line and detects traffic lights

The features of this robot are

obstacle avoidance

line following and detection of the traffic lights.It follows the white path on a black surface and detect the obstacles on its way and overtakes them. Duruing its moving when it sees the red traffic light it stops and wait until green one lights.

Yes, the traffic light has one IR beacon that transmits coded IR signals to the robot. Next, I want to try this concept with more than one robots which are following the same path without crashing each other. I want to make them overtake eachother. Therefore, the obstacle that the robot overtakes will be a moving obstacle.

I like how it found the path again after avoiding the obstacle. Best of all, I could actually see the video. It seems my space isn't blocked by the Chinese government (yet).

How is it detecting the state of the traffic lights? Does the traffic light have an IR beacon transmitting it's state?
