i have built a well running heapod based on the picaxe 18x controller board
only thing i notice, compring with some the bots here, is that the servos seem so slow
can i speed them somehow
There is a fixed speed to servos which is listed in their datasheet usually as so many deg/per second.
However the speed can be altered(reduced) in code by creating a delay between position updates. Maybe you have unintentinally introduced a delay?
That's all I can think of unless there is something wrong with the servo's you are using.
