Swiss Milka Cow "Colour Match System"

Swiss Milka Cow project takes on some colour.

Firstly :- New body made (old one to flimsy) and also replaced motors again .....now with 10,000 rpm racing set (its an easy mod to do on all the GM motor range - just have to be careful not to strip the gears.....) - also IR remote installed and an Arduino Mega as brain.

I have removed the old bi-colour eyes and replaced with high intensity RGB ones instead.

Also i have installed a RGB led into the lower Jaw bone and along side an LDR to detect the reflected colour.

I am really impressed how the PolyMorph takes on the colour .......its just magic....

Basic system is so :- Activate Red led then measure and store reflected light level, do the same for Green and Blue.

Compare the Red,Green and Blue levels and the colour can be calculated from the Ratio of the levels

I then port this colour to the Eyes - so the eyes take on the colour of the object (at moment only full R,G or B - thats all that is nessesary for this project at mooo-ment).

The Plan is so :-

If the Cow detects Red....... response :- become like a crazed "Bull" and charge......

If the Cow detects Blue......response :- Back away - could be water.......

If the Cow detects Green.... response :- Eat it .....more than likely its grass......... (this already works)
