Name attribute gets stripped from anchors

I tried to create a nice list of updates on my blog page here: http://letsmakerobots.com/node/20836

When I edit the page and look at the html source (edit HTML source button) everything seems to be OK. Source looks like this:

-- clip --
<a href="#UpdateJun212010">Update 21 Jun 2010</a>
...
<a name="UpdateJun212010">Update Jun 21 2010</a>
-- clap --

So everything should be ok. But when I view the page the name attribute is missing and the html source (in browser) looks like this:

-- clip --
<a href="#UpdateJun212010">Update 21 Jun 2010</a>
...
<a>Update Jun 21 2010</a>
-- clap --

So it looks like name attribute gets stripped from the anchor.

Did you use the Anchor function in the editor?

Or was it inserted by hand, using the "disable rich-text"?

I tried editor ("Inset/edit anchor") and through "Edit HTML Source". I guess "disable rich-text" would be the same as "Edit HTML Source". (Just didn't notice that before. Thanks for the tip ;-)
