What kind of a motor should be used for the prop of a aircraft. what are the standard types of motors. and which type will be perfect of an rc aircraft

Thanks for the help. what are the motor controllers actully? why does the brushless motor have 3 wires coming out of it? what inputs are to be given to them? how does the motor controller work?
