Olimex produce nice and cheap boards for various microcontrollers including PIC, AVR and ARM7. They also do PCB manufacturing if you supply them with EAGLE files (EAGLE is a very popular CAD program to build printed circuit boards). Check out their list of distributors to find one in your vicinity.
