Solarbotics shipping :/
I really want to get going on my robot but the parts haven't gotten here yet! The shipment was supposed to arrive yesterday, and I contacted Solarbotics to see what the deal was. They haven't gotten back to me yet. Also, what the heck is the deal with the shipment tracking?? "Left" and "Arrived" without a location doesn't help me!
Has anyone else had any problems with Solarbotics shipping before?

Solarbotics replied this morning and the order went through smoothly this time. A second order I placed arrived 4 days after. Will keep ordering from Solarbotics.

No I'm from Canada. I wouldn't mind longer shipping times. What gets me a bit upset is that the payment status in Paypal still is "pending" although I've sent the payment on Feb 24.
I already received my second order which I placed on Feb 27. That payment was accepted right away and arrived 5 days later.

From my experience, if the payment is still "pending" there is a glitch in the system. You have to contact them showing a print screen image of the transaction from your Paypal account and urge them to process your order. Do not wait because they won't detect it and it's only your loss.

I placed two orders. The one placed a couple days after the first, just arrived.
The first order I placed doesn't even show up under "My recent orders" although I got the email confirmatin a couple seconds after I placed it.
Status on Paypal for that payment is pending as I just found out.....not to amused about it.
Sent them an email today....hope will hear back soon, as I payed the stuff already!

I have only dealt with solarbotics once and the package was a day late - not their fault. I would definitely use them again.

The trip wasn't long enough for them to get lost, visit a pub to get directions, stay for a drink or two, get in a fight, finally get back on the road but going in the wrong direction with a minor concussion, puke on the labels making them hard to read etc. etc.....
I'm sure they'll make a movie about it.

Not as bad when you get
Not as bad when you get faked out when it says its in Wyoming. I freak out (its been a week) and then re-examine and find Wyoming, Michigan.
