do you think that with a l293d i can control two of this motor : http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/1093 with a 2 cell lipo as power supply?

Each motor pulls 1.6A when stalled out. The L293D pumps out <1A per channel. You should look into the uglier, harder to work with L298N (link is out of stock but it's for information purposes only in this case).
