Unnable to controll wild thumper with radio

Hi Everyone!

Im absolutely new too this, so sorry if my question seems dumb. Im using a wild thumper board, wildt thumper 6wd platform and Lipo 2200 mah battery. 6 channel radio with reciever

Problem 1: Im not able too run the platform using the default setup. It will not respond. The radio and reciever works, i have connected a servo that responds, but the thumper will not.

Problem 2: When trying to upload the original sketch again, im getting errors. ( i have disconnected everything exept power and usb)  Im unable too upload the sketch. Settings for atmega168

Best regards

In terms of uploading, what errors are you getting? Out of sync? Com port wrong?

Im not able to upload a picture. But the errormessage reads:

Ok! Tnx to OddBot i was able to upload the sketch again, but still no action. Where do i go wrong?? maybe these pictures can help. Im sure that im doing a real beginners error here.

Does the wiring seem right? Can anyone see any errors in this wiring?? D0 and D1 is connected to the rc reciever(working) whit the signal toowards center off board, and ground on the outside. Does this seem right?? Gratefull for answers!

Let me preface, I am new.

That being said, I am unable to control the board with my RC reciever. I get an activity light from the reciever. When I play the stick on the controller, I will get an, "alarm," sound from the Thumper controller. Then I will see some jitter on the wheels, though no rotation.

Direct contact to the motors work as to reloading the PDE.

Now the only thing I can think of the reciever says it outputs PPM and the Controller says it recieves PWM? Does this sound plausible?

Thanks.

Use a small phillips driver too adjust the small pots on the Wild thumper.

I'll give it a try tonight.

So I finally got to get the calibration routine run tonight, the buzzing has gone from constant chirps to a few chirps every so often. I figure thats because I couldn't hit 47 on the dot. The left motor kept mixing between 46,47.
