it is propelled by 4 gm type motors which are hotglued to wheels from a NewBright r/c truck
those are controlled by a L298N motor driver from ebay. $6.38 with free shipping from the US, cant beat that
and that is controlled by a clone Arduino pro mini 5v
current sensor in use is a parallax Ping)))
and the whole deal is powered by a 4AA pack.
the chassis is a combination of old game case, wood, popsicle sticks, and hot glue.
