My "start here robot" and my first non-beam robot. A couple of differences though I added switches at the front so it doesn't fall off tables. Added a second battery pack for external things (servos, motors). Added a beanie baby, looked on the tag of the beanie baby and it says the beanie baby is a white tiger named blizz. Thats where the name for the bot came from. I have a feeling blizz is controlling the robot and has his own alterior motive though. For anyone who may be wondering what the base is made out of it is made of a CD case. CD cases have almost perfect plastic for building robots. Thanks to everyone who helped me with my numerous posts (digital input trouble, digital input trouble part 2, connecting a second power source, and servo oddness). Also thanks to frits for his great tutorial. Hope to build more robots soon! Edit:I did not use frits's code wrote my own and attached it. I am planning to add another switch at the front that will make the robot go backwards if pressed. I used the "start here robot" as inspiration. I wanted to make a robot like the "start here" but I wanted it to be different and not identical y'know I wanted it to have it's own identity. When the robot was first starting out it almost fell off a table to it's demise. Thats when I decided to build the edge detectors. The next robot I plan on build is a autonomous antweight battlebot using picaxe :). And yes I will have to find a way to put blizz on that robot. Beanie babies+flame throwing battlebots=fun

All of it.
Or, as much as you would like to share. We're all curious people here. If it is exactly like frits' example, mention just that. Or describe where you deviated from his instructions.
Also, you could write how Blizz behaves. Does it meet expectations? Did it surprise you somehow? Where do you see possibilities for improvement/embellishments?
You know: all of it. 8-)

Every robot needs a ...
Hat, not Cat!
Congratulations on your acummulation of victories. Looking forward to a bigger video production to show off Blizz' behaviour. And maybe a techy writeup?
