Wow, you are bumping a really old link.
Those are the Tamiya track set. Tamiya also makes a dual gearbox twin motor set that works well with these. The motors that come with the dual gearbox are only 3V. I believe Pololu (and maybe others) sell motor 'upgrades' for the gearbox, so you can run them at higher voltages if desired.
