A Circuit I cannot understand

I have a circuit digram but i cannot understand it. can anyone help me explain?

Post a picture of it. You can also google (I think Wiki has it too) electrical symbols. That will help you figure out what the symbol for a diode, resistors, capacitors, batteries, etc are.

If it's something that is not on that chart, post it here and someone may know what it is.
