Every time you think up a design, it disappears before you can say "Shoot, I forgot my Brilliant Idea".
So this tutorial will help you remember and go through the design process.

- A notebook, a small pocket one will do.
- A Pencil
- An eraser
- An your head
These are the first steps. In a section called Design Brief, Three Eyes
Find something you find interesting, something you like and find inspiring. I was inspired to build a Holonomic bot myself because I wanted to have a whack a Omnidirectional drive. Ask yourself, "What do I want my robot to achieve?"
Don't worry about programming yet, because that comes after you're done building. Write down everything you liked while searching for an inspiration.
Set your goal, we're go
Think up how you would achieve the goal. What Design would best suit the application? If you look at BaseOverApex's TOW Omni Wheeler, the tri wheel, Holonomic drive mobile platform, It's one of the most perfect designs for omnidirectional drive.

Take your inspiration, think up all the possible ways you can achieve your goal, draw diagrams.
Everyone makes mistakes, that's why we have warranties to void. Look at your design, is it too complex? Are you Kissing? No, Not smooching whoever's next to you, I mean "Keep it Simple, Stupid!", maybe you're not stupid, nevertheless, you're going to find some way to improve your design. Try to detect flaws such as, "sagging" and "lack of grip", if you find too many weaknesses in the design, try to improve it so that the weaknesses become minor or maybe that they don't affect the purpose of your robot.
Improvements coming soon! I will include my journey to build My own Omni-Bot powered by BOE.
