i don't even know what MR is ^_^

 I really like the experience i had with Sparkfun.com, they work well organized, they reply your e-mails, and have nice pricess, big diversity of products, think they have everything a webshop need to win.

Actually, I wanted to order all parts from as few vendors as possible to reduce shipping costs. I chose two - World Educational Services and Maximum Robotics. Of course Sparkfun was high on my list since they carried most of what I wanted. But unfortunately they were out of stock on some tamiya parts so I went with this relatively unknown store MaximumRobotics. They had a good variety of robot parts and their shipping was very reasonable. And personally I think their web shopping experience is the best with their cart/wishlist feature. Here's my experience:

I ordered a ton of stuff from MR. The very next day I got an email saying its been shipped. Made me wonder if this was a scam, since in less than 24 hours I got a shipped email! :)

And sure enough I received all the parts and I was extremely pleased with how well everything was packaged. And if you write to them Mike at MR is easily reachable (I wrote to MR to get the tracking number) and very polite.

This experience has left me extremely pleased with MR. I've never ordered anything prior to this nor was MR recommended to me by anyone. It was a random Google search that led me MR and I'm glad I discovered this site.

 My experience with the other store I chose was mixed. That's a whole new thread! ;-)
