That seems pretty cheap for the voltage and current it puts out.

I thought about making a robot charging station that uses these panels either mounted in the window or outside with the wires going inside. Of course at night the robot would starve.

If this puts out 7-8.2 volts in sunlight what would it roughly do indoors? I am assuming 2 volts at best.
