Let's Make Robots!

Our Respective "Workshops"

Thought it might be cool if we could show off our respective facilities. I think "Robotguy" should go first because that give the rest of us something to work up to!!!

Judging by the quality of stuff you turn out, size doesn't matter (TWSS).

I’m really liking those little gears in the drawer (bottom right of photo) where did you buy them from, or what did you rip them out of?

Recently I transformed my living room, it is now my workshop  :-)

...but where do you live, now? In your workshop?
I still have one bedroom, and a kitchen.. and my wife´s apartment   :)

I started building my workshop last year just after we moved in but ive been to cought up with learning mysql to concentrate on it:

desk & daughter

I plan on having it run around 2 walls in the garage with the rest as storage space. Its a double garage so theres plenty of room for messing around in.

By "it" one assumes you don't mean the small child? LOL. Hey, lovin' the windows, by the way. Is the room beyond in your main house? It looks like the latches are on teh inside of the windows!

na thats my daughter dude, she was a great help :p

Its a double garage build at the bottom of the house, its massive and perfect for a workshop. Im in the process of taking my old bmw appart in there atm.

Here's a pic of a set of shelves occupied by my favorite robo stuff. Hopefully I'll find some of my tools and things to get a good work area put together.

My workarea as of this past weekend after a move. My desk and work table face each other with a nice window on one side. This will work great for my solar projects...when I have sun on the side. The desk is where I plan to do most of the programming while the table is where I'll be doing most of the buiding and initial testing. I'm still looking to find the best layout for my work table as it has a lot of room for working.
