Let's Make Robots!

Done!

well, my first robot has actually been done for a while... but i thought i'd start the blog now. It's won a science fair, and dazzled all of my teachers as well...

I'm outta money to make more for a while, so i may just improve on this one.

If i am going to make another, its either going to be a similar one that follows me around (to carry my books in school) or a robotic arm that does what i do. Any suggestions?

test the cable if you have a multimeter. Usually they have a continuity test fucniton on them. also do a voltage test on the pings leads, the ground and V+, when connected. Make sure the batteries you are using are fully charged.

the fjorkin robot is on the fritz... right when i need it to work, so i can enter oddbot's challenge... anyone got a remedy for a PING))) showing only verly little distance... 0 or 1 inches? is it a faulty cable, or the program. it has proved it can operate fine in the program, so it must be the cable... any tips or tricks?
