  •  AXE023 with Picaxe 08m2(08m2 is more powerful of 08)
  •  SHARP GP2D15 (ir sensor analog output)
  •  SENSOR BOARD
  •  LM7805(5V regulator)
  •  SGMG9(motor)

 the Picaxe08 microcontroller will function at boltage between 3-6V

I like the minimalist style: one sensor, one processor, two motors.

I have to design something like this for a robotics club so that we can have one for each kid.

Ps. Just a typo, but you have "boltage" in one place where you mean "voltage."
