Using analgo sticks from a broken controller, advice

 

 

I`m using a pair of thumbstick for a RC controller, this joystick have 4 pin, searching on internet I found that they are not pots they are hall effect sensor

confused about how to drive a rc car using arduino

hi folks, I am trying to build an autonomous car by attaching my arduino uno r3  to my rc car. Please pardon me if there are certain stuff I don't understand as my electronics knowledge has long vaporised since my education days and im starting from zero again.

In particular, i'm using this guide http://www.instructables.com/id/Autonomous-Control-of-RC-Car-Using-Arduino/?ALLSTEPS as my RC car is also using a RX-2B chip.

I have an Arduino UNO Rev 3 and a Protyping Sheild 

And I need to control 6 DC motors via BLUETOOTH Bee 

and my remote control is a App in ANDROID the "BlueBots" 

 

My MAIN concern is 

How to combine that 3 products so that I can Control the 6 DC motors

ADXL345 graphing program in Processing

OK, so I got this nice little sensor, the ADXL345 and I have composed it into a new version of my "shield".

Bigger version of the DAGU 6wd Wild thumper

Hello i am thinking of building a bigger version of the dagu 6wd wild thumper. a big one that can tow and go over larger obstacles much like the smaller current one. The motors i have selected to use are winshield wiper motors and will be powered by either a custom build lithium polymer battery pack (putting a bunch of  3 cell 2200mah batteries in parallel) or a car battery. I would probably go for the lithium polymer as they have a greater energy density.

Arduino stops uploading

Hi,

Can anyone verify for me, that trying to upload a program to Arduino MEGA or maybe any Arduino, the upload stops if the code contains a constant string including !!! ?

like this small one will fail:

// Upload will never end

  String A = "!!!";
}

}

 

this one will finish:

// Upload will finish

feasibility of DIY wireless headphone kit

So, I was searching the market for what my wireless headphone options were and got quite disappointed.

As it seems, wireless used is either IR, RF (on the FM/UHF band) and Bluetooth (also 2.4Ghz seemingly working in the router's norm).

IR ... needs line of sight, small range...
RF... prone to interferences
Bluetooth... small range
2.4GHz... some reviews said they interfered with the home wireless routers
