What is the difference of a 9v battery and a battery holder that can hold 6 aa batterys 3 on each side? (it comes out to have 9v) Which one is better for the arduino or any other microcontrollers??

Computer Controlled RC Car with Wireless Camera

Hi

I wanna a project for my studies...

here is what i would like to make..

1. A RC Car that is controlled via computer and not by the its remote. i wanna create a application that controls the car and also displays real time video.

2. I wanna use zigbee (XBEE pro) for transmitting and receving commands and controls.

3. Wanna use mobile phone (wifi) camera for video transmission.

 

now i wanna know How can make this ???

1. which microcontroller should i use ????

2. which software should i use to make the compuetr app.

General help Needed - Desiging next robot

Hi. I am making a robot that runs like a car but has a camera on it and runs over wifi. Sort of an city explorer bot. Does anyone have any suggestions on the parts I need (based on my framework), or any other parts? Or any other recommendations whatsoever? any help isgreatly apprieciated.
