Hi can anyone help. I have a 28x2 and am trying to write a bit of test code for an interrupt to bring it out of Doze. I believe the only way to do this is via a hardware interrupt pin. I have read the code manual but i just don’t understand it. Can any shed some light on this in real simple terms? This is code i have been trying.

I am thinking to have 3 picaxe chips on my robot, one being a 28x2 which will have all the sensors attached and will hold the main programme, and the other two being a smaller variety picaxe chip.

Hi, i am using a LM386 ic to amplify the sound of a picaxe 28x2 ic.

hi all i bought a Tamiya 70097 Twin-Motor Gearbox but the motors don't spin when used with a L293D driver IC but it works ok when it connects directly to the barrery (5v). i have a different 6v motor which works fine with the driver IC so i know it should work.

I am trying to make some noises for my robot (in progress) via a picaxe 28x2 sound commands. I first bought a small piezo but it was way to quiet so i bought a bigger one, about 60mm D which i thought the sound would have been louder but it isn’t.

Hi Everyone, I have a 28x2 picaxe. I want to be able to monitor two different battery power packs (approx 5v each) on two of the analogue inputs. This is so I can switch to the best one using a relay on one of the outputs to power the Robot. I will use a time OFF delay with a capacitor so the picaxe is still powered during switchover.

Anyone out there has experience with Picaxe and sound…
I am building a robot with a picaxe 28x2 and want to have some sound effects.
I can use the sound command for the bleep bleeps but I want to be able to have others like purr, ‘hello’ and fart noises. Anyone got any prewritten Basic sound code that emulates different effects?
And/Or a way to convert other sound format files so I can use in the Basic Tune command.
