IN-16 Nixie Tubes on the way from Russia!!

So, I've been looking at these amazing tubes for some time now, and today I just bought six pieces... Straight from Russia!

18$ is what I had to give. Not bad at all.

I got them on Ebay. There was another offer, 100 tubes for 300$.. I almost hit the button, but sanity caught up with me :D Sadly!!

I love old tech!

So I am planning on building one of these wonder machines in near future and I just wanted to hear if anybody

I also post this because I think this machine is incredible for robot making, and I havent seen anyone mention it, so I just want to put it out there :)

How do I control 18 digital servos with a 28x1?

How do I control 18 digital servos with a Picaxe 28x1?

I have the microcontroller board with the 28x1 mounted and I've tried building the "start here" robo.

I now would like to know how to be able to control 18 digital servos since I am building a Hexapod :)

All I really need to know is what extensionboard I need.

Thanks in advance :) Please let me know if you need more info.

No response from SRF05!

Hello, I am trying to connect a SRF05 to my 28x1 PICAXE starterkit.

Using the "start here" guide and the How to connect SRF05 to Picaxe 28 pin Project board
I am able to make the SRF05 LED flash like the guide says it should, however I am not able to receive any input in debug.

I have connected every wire like in the picture and I am only using the program provided.

So, I've been lurking this forum for a while now and finally decided to make my first robot.

I started out reading the "Start here" guide - and it's a really cool guide by the way :)
