problem with IR remote upgrade

i was trying to see if i could make sounds, LDR-test and ir remote test.

tilt sensor connection need help!

i just got one of these: (sharp-gp1s36hez tilt sensor)

and im not sure about these schematics and i thought you could help me connect this to a picaxe 28x1 project boad and a 5 volt regulator!!!

can i still add a laser, speaker, led?

in my robot SC-QR-1 i have allready used all 8 servo-ports.

but can i still ad a laser(to see where it looks), a speaker(for it to call hor help or showing some sound-emotions..   etc.) and some leds(like a red to show power, white/bright to help my "primary-back-mounted-not-night-vision-spy-camera") 

and if yes would the servos disturb the lasers, speaker and leds?

and i was also thinking, stuff like the sharp ir sensors have ir leds in them, could i attach an led or laser to those pins??

picaxe as a turret controller?

i just finished a turrent with 2 DOF =180 degree right/left and 180 degree up/down.

now..   i would like to have a camera on it(and other stuff like roborealm) to make it autonomus and motion detecting! :D

and right now i have a spare picaxe, but would that ever work with a camera?? or even roborealm for that matter?

and if not(my guess..) then please help me chose a good controller to work with my turret(or sentry?)!

what is wrong with my code?!

i dont know what's wrong with my code!

i made a simple code that should make my robot simply avoid walls, stuff etc.

i placed SC-QR-1 (my robot's name) upside-down and pressed [F5] (the "run" shortcut) and watched him move his cute little robot legs..     WTF?

the new code seemed to work untill the walk part was over and he started to turn..    ..left.        and then again left and again and again..    etc.

he is suposed to keep walking!!!

what IR sensors can the picaxe take?

its no big deal!!

but i'm not sure if the picaxe can use a "Sharp GP2Y0A02YK Sensor"

also please tell me if you know other good sesors for a picaxe from this site!

9v battery in a picaxe


i plan to install a micro spy-cam inside my quadropod(SC-QR-1)

ive allready got the cam and it uses a 9volt battery to power it!

a problem is that the 4 AA batteries inside takes all the extra space inside, but if i took another 9volt battery with some kind of converter that makes 9 into 6 volt to power my robot!

the question now is: 

what should i use?

 please tell me what, where to buy, and the price of it! =D

okay..         so i just finished my new robot(8 servo quadropod)and started makeing a test program.   when the test program was done i downloaded it to the picaxe and it worked! then i started to try out use the srf05 to see if it was plugged in the right way! so i made another program and tryed it and that worked too!

What microcontroller shud i use?

hi i plan to make a hybrid-quad-walker with wheels on it's feet.  i have figured out that it need to dirve 12-14 servos depending on if it need a neck and head etc. and it also need to drive 4 motors or 2 motors! and then it need to drive a ultrasonic sensor and a few simple inputs! it's best if it is programmed with a USB port  

so please help me find a (not too expensive) microcontroller...
