There are only 2 members In edmonton and I am not one of them. If I click on my location from within my profile it takes me to the top of africa, Algeria region but I do not see my details there either. I am confused and amused.

Though I can't believe there are only 2 users in the entire Buenos Aires area including myself and I'm not even an Argentine...Sad :(

Working on first robot, been busy with work. Looking for cheap way to broadcast video from robot to cell phone. I hope you can help even though what I am building might be a remote controlled/operated vehicle and not a robot.

I just joined less than an hour ago and I'm on the map! Guess it knew I was important! LOL!!

The map is not updated every minute, not even every hour. Give it a day, maybe 48 hours.

I agree, I certainly got all my inspiration from this site, but some register onto the site, get inspired, get tips and hints etc, but they still do not act as a community and build robots to inspire and help others.
bionic_bot's picture
I think it is a bit silly to register on robot-making community and not make robots.

One could get angry about it and note that some people are givers and some are takers.

I prefer this view: The folk with no robots, will take inspiration from everyone else's work. They'll learn from the useful hints and tips and they'll find sources to buy stuff. They'll ask questions (and in doing so, will give ideas) and suddenly, one day, a robot will appear.

It works.

why am i not listed in this map.. I have saved my location.. PShetty

Maybe your spelling of "Maharashtra" without an s confuses the Google atlas. I checked out another user from Mumbai, or I would never have guessed. The map should update as soon as your correct this.

I think the legends could be made better.. the zero robots is too similar to 10-robots.. why don't just stick with a single color and use all shades? i propose: - Gray for zero-robots. In this way you can quickly tell who is building and who is just reading/posting, etc. - From full white (1 robot) to full red for many robots Ok ok, i'll go back to more important things :)

So who has more, Eastern Hemisphere, or Western? :D Looks as if East got it down
kankatee's picture
Eastern takes the prize at a glance.
